All orders ship from our workshop in New Delhi, India. We ship with DTDC, DHL, UPS, TNT, ANS, UBX and FedEx.
Free shipping in India!
All orders within India are shipped via DTDC courier, free of charge.
Orders will be dispatched within one week once an order is placed. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request. If you are ordering a piece which is not available in stock or made to order, please allow us up to one week to deliver it to you.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.
0 - 0.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $15 / UK £12
0.6 - 1.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $20 / UK £16
1.6 - 4 kg → USA + rest of world USD $30 / UK £24
4.1 - 7.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $70 / UK £56
7.5 kg+ → FREE
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for orders to arrive.
Returns/Exchange
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 15 days after you have received your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at ask@shopanomaly.in and we will provide a return address. Exchange orders and Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange.
